Almost by hazard I found this video on youtube. For those who are interested it is good to see and at the same time know the face of the man who makes those jewel planes. I don’t know if I’am right as the guy signs them as Frietzche.

very cool video and nicely shot. Making an infill has been one of those "I ought to try it someday" kind of projects,

A very different kind of plane making that was linked recently on another forum that has some pretty cool machines. The giant linishing wheel and the alternating cutter beveled mortise cutter were particularly cool I thought.
