So a friend of mine runs a music podcast called "The Ledge". I'm a regular listener and have been for quite a while.
At any rate, this year he came up with an idea to have a running 'mini theme' for there show where he opens his show each week with a version of The Undertones "Teenage Kicks", one of his all time favorite songs.
He's got quite a collection of different versions, but wanted people to put together their own versions of the song. If you're not familiar with it, it's a fairly fast power pop/punk tune from the late 70's.
I tossed my hat into the ring and put together a bit slower version utilizing my Stand Up Bass.
It's right at the beginning of the podcast. I find his reaction to it after it plays as pretty amusing.
