Whipped up a little dust boot design in F360. The prototype I made did a great job on making the radius disks. Those were cutting MDF And generating a lot of dust. Most of it got sucked up so that was good.
In general, I prefer a dust boot that is clamped to the spindle mount, so that it doesn't move up or down and that the spindle moves through it, but figure this will work for now. The non height adjustable one requires a bit more engineering.
I just might move the exhaust port a little closer to the clamp, but will give this a shot first.
