Pepperjack & bacon stuffed chicken breast

I had some leftover crispy bacon from breakfast. I softened about 1/3rd cup of cream cheese, mixed with an equal part of shredded pepperjack cheese and 3 pieces of the bacon chopped up. Slit pockets in a couple of chicken breasts and stuffed them. Used some basic meat rub on the outside. Cooked on the smoker at 350 until they reached 165*. Sorry, missed the finished pic, but my wife loved them.

That sounds like a delicious recipe. Just may try that. Seeing how the temperature is below 100 degrees I can be outside during the day.

LOL, that reminds me of trying to sell bottle stoppers at craft shows. People would admire them, and then say they've never had to store a partial bottle of wine.

Usually gets a laugh and sometimes even a sale.
