What a tour. I feel you can stay busy for just a little while. How do you keep track of all the items? And do you give a timeline for repair to the customer and cost estimate?

Thanks David, Everything is logged in. Name and date attached to the chair. We tell the customer It's in line when we get the work into the shop. We give a timeline of 4-8 weeks. on most pieces. I like to hold pieces back from working on till they are dried from the stripping process from 1-2 weeks. We have a very good system in-place. It's when a name is not put back on the piece I get a little miffed ! Then have to search my records.
